At The Evolve Auto Group, leadership is personal.

Jeremy, our General Manager, brings a lifetime of hands-on experience in the automotive industry. His background spans auto accessories, detailing, vehicle purchasing, and financing—giving him a full-circle understanding of what customers truly need when buying a vehicle. Jeremy has deep roots in Washington County and is a proud parent of three amazing kids who have gone through the Woodbury school system. His connection to the community shapes the way he does business: honest, approachable, and relationship-driven.

Laura is a retired teacher and consultant originally from Naperville, Illinois. She relocated nearly two years ago to be closer to her mom and sister, bringing with her a decade of experience managing and consulting within the service industry. Laura oversees finance, operations, and marketing, ensuring the business runs with transparency, structure, and heart. Her background in education and consulting influences Evolve’s customer-first philosophy—focused on clarity, trust, and empowerment. Together, Jeremy and Laura are active in St. Croix County and happily “cross the river” each day, embracing the communities on both sides as home.

Noah has lived in Washington County for most of his life and brings 8 years of experience as an automotive specialist. Noah goes through all of our vehicles and works with our clients after purchasing their vehicle with normal maintenance as well. He is an integral part of our team.

Raised in Minnesota, I grew up with the belief that people should be judged not by where they come from or how they look, but by the content of their character—values I now pass down to my two sons.
